I'm feeling fine, now at halfway point of this go-round. Aftershocks of treatment are fizzling, antibiotics helping shake yet another cold, and the light at end of tunnel is helping shake the willies of having to give myself daily shots. (On the bright side, from now on, I'll be able to watch films like Trainspotting or Drugstore Cowboy without a flinch ;-)

Yesterday's doc visit showed that my blood cell values are not quite up to par to begin the "collecting." Judging by the progression, the doc expects my Friday check to show all systems go for check-in either Sat, Sun or Monday. Then just 2 or 3 days in hospital and I'm home free for what will hopefully be quite some time.
